This Privacy Policy explains how IQuest Solutions Private Limited (“IQuest”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data in connection with the JobsAlley platform and website (the “Service”). We act as a data fiduciary for the personal data of our website visitors and account holders, and as a data processor for the personal data our Customers upload about their own employees, candidates and contacts (“Customer Data”).

When you use the Service, you upload data about your organisation and its people — employees, candidates, timesheets, payroll and billing records. We process this on your behalf and under your instructions.

We retain account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Customer Data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted in the ordinary course after termination, subject to any legal retention requirements. You may request an export before deletion.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including tenant isolation, role-based access control, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated and tenant-scoped access to uploaded documents, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint. For Customer Data, please direct such requests to the relevant Customer (the data fiduciary); we will assist them as their processor. The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
